Read the Bible in 90 Days – Week 6

Reading Tips

  • The messages from Psalms are timeless, making it the best loved, most read books of the Bible. As you read, mark the ones that are most relevant to you and revisit at a later date.
  • Psalms 2, 8, 16, 22, 45, 69, 72, 89, 100, 118, 132 appear to point to the coming of the Messiah. Psalm 22 depicts the crucifixion of Christ even though it was written 1000 years before Jesus’ birth.
  • The Book of Job shows us that God allows Satan to test Job and then clears up misconceptions of Job and his friends.
  • Psalms is a collection of 150 hymns and poems. 73 Psalms are said to be “of David”.
